To help keep everyone as safe as possible we have implemented the following protocols;

• Employees wear a mask throughout the entire clean
• Sanitize hands before entering your home
• Limiting cleans to one client per day
• Sanitize equipment after each client, including cloths, vacuums, spray bottles, bicycles and trailers
• Cancellation policy is more flexible during Covid-19
• Requiring appointments to be rescheduled if employees or clients are feeling unwell
• Encouraging employees and clients to maintain safety precautions at home and in public (physical distancing, wearing a face mask, hand washing/sanitizing, maintaining a small contact circle, etc.)

We sanitize using hypochlorous acid (also known as electrolyzed water or HOCl). HOCl is a natural acid that is a powerful oxidizer and disinfectant; chemical-free, non-toxic and 100% safe for humans, pets, plants and fabrics. It is 100 times more effective at killing viruses and bacteria than chlorine bleach. It is made by simply adding salt and vinegar to water and applying an electrical charge to it.

We now incorporate HOCl into cleans to wipe down light switches, door knobs, toilets, taps and other frequently touched surfaces.

Cancellations are flexible during this time as special consideration during covid-19. If you or anyone in your household / contact bubble are not feeling well at any point leading up to your clean, has possibly been exposed to the virus or has come into contact with someone who has the virus, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your clean.

If employees are feeling unwell we will contact you immediately to reschedule.

Cancellation fees will be waived at this time.
